Who we are

Omnify is operated by Pedro Ruas. Contact: pedro@omnify.me.

What Omnify is

A training, nutrition, and recovery app for serious lifters. It logs your data, computes targets, and provides coaching guidance through an LLM (Anthropic Claude). It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace qualified medical advice.

Health disclaimer

Consult your physician before starting any training or nutrition program. Omnify's prescriptions, macro targets, and AI-generated programs are general guidance — not personalized medical advice. You lift at your own risk.

Your account

• Sign up via Google, Microsoft, or a magic link to your email.
• One account per person. Keep your login secure.
• You must be 16+ to use Omnify.
• If we see abuse, we may suspend or delete your account.

Founding members plan

• First 25 applicants who are accepted pay $99/year, price locked forever. Every renewal at the same rate, regardless of future pricing.
• Perks: Omnify Pro access, one 30-min onboarding Zoom, one custom-reviewed training program, founding-member badge, private Discord.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if Omnify doesn't replace 3+ apps in your stack, email us within 30 days for a full refund. You keep the custom program.
• The founding rate is non-transferable. If you cancel, you lose the locked price.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (or another PCI-compliant processor). We don't store your card details. Subscription renews annually until you cancel.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings or by emailing pedro@omnify.me. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to read-only. Delete your account to wipe data entirely (see Privacy Policy).

AI-generated content

Programs, coaching analysis, and macro suggestions are generated by large language models. They're useful but not infallible. Use your judgment. If something looks wrong, don't do it — email us and we'll look into it.

Your content

You own the workouts, photos, and notes you log. You grant Omnify a license to store and display them back to you, and to send the relevant pieces to Claude (Anthropic) when you use AI features. We don't publish, share, or sell your content.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or scrape the app.
• Don't upload illegal, harmful, or other people's private content.
• Don't abuse the AI features to generate content unrelated to training.
• Don't use Omnify to harass or harm anyone.

Third-party integrations

Omnify integrates with Whoop, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, and others. Their terms and policies apply to the data and services they provide. If one of them goes down, that part of Omnify may not work until they come back up.

Changes to Omnify

We'll keep shipping features and fixing bugs. Some things will change, some will be removed. We'll give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

Limitation of liability

Omnify is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate yours if you breach these terms, with a reasonable heads-up when possible.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms materially, we'll notify you via email or in-app before they take effect. The date at the top reflects the last change.
